Nova Vida Residence is set in fourteen thousand square metres of land in Roses Costa Brava.

The purpose-built building, with large spacious passages and a large stairway consists of three floors. It has all the facilities necessary to be able to offer all the services required  by the Administration, apart from the private services that the cooperative offers its users, meaning that nothing is missing.

When we had the Residence built, we consulted different experts, including psychologists, who advised us to make the rooms for two people, as they consider that an elderly person should always be accompanied, and by sharing a room, they get to know people and make new friendships.

The building also has three dining rooms, one on the ground floor and the others on the first and second floors.

Nova Vida Residence has been given the qualification of a three-star hotel.
