New offer of bungalows for members and residents, for more information click here. There are currently eight bungalows, but in view of the great demand for them, we have set up a promotion to complete the project for bungalows that had initially been envisaged.
The system of setting up bungalows or apartments around the Residence has turned out to be really effective, practical and of great use, particularly for couples in which one of the two needs certain attention, or for couples from other countries who wish to be close to their family members or for people who need a long convalescence.
In the bungalows, members have a private area and base where everything they need is close at hand if they require it and they can at the same time lead their lives with a degree of independence. In addition, when required, the occupants of the bungalows can be admitted into the Residence if they need to be cared for permanently all day, and will be under the vigilance of Doctor Ter. All the owners or tenants of bungalows may enjoy the services of the Day Centre.
Therefore, once installed in a bungalow or apartment, the occupant will have the same expenses as he would have in his own home, in addition to the expenses that may occur for the use of some of the cooperative's services, but with the advantage of being in a residential area where elderly people have all the services they may need readily available.
It is also worth considering that acquiring a bungalow is an investment, that at some time or another may help out the occupant himself or another member of his family.
