Since 1992, the Direction of the "Nova Vida" Residence has been in the hands of Doctor TER. Over the years, the Doctor has carried out an in-depth geriatric study on each of his patients, thus giving them a great sense of security, as members feel well cared for and their families can also be sure that they are in good hands.
All the staff are chosen with great care in order to maintain the high level of efficiency the workers at the Residence have always had.
All the work carried out by these excellent professionals has meant that the cooperative is at the same level as some of the best Residences of the moment.
The philosophy of the residence is to make life as pleasant as possible for all the members of the cooperative's large family. Everyone must collaborate in this task - users, members of the family and the motivator, who is in charge of bringing happiness to the Residence by organising parties, journeys, birthday parties and in general a whole lot of activities so that nobody will feel down or sad at any time.
